Ganas strength equipment power rack machine

The power rack machine, also known as a power cage or squat cage, is a piece of weightlifting equipment that is designed to provide a safe and stable environment for performing heavy barbell exercises. It consists of a steel frame with four vertical posts, two horizontal safety bars, and two adjustable barbell hooks.

The user can adjust the height of the safety bars and barbell hooks to suit their needs, allowing them to perform exercises such as squats, bench presses, and shoulder presses with a heavy barbell without the need for a spotter. The safety bars can also be used to catch the barbell in case of failure during a lift, preventing injury.
