The Super Vertical Chest Press allows you to train the middle portion of the grand pectoralis. Other muscles involved in the movement are the anterior deltoid and the triceps. Thanks to the progressive pantograph system, which ensure a physiological load curve, the user can perform the technical gesture effectively with an optimal tension throughout the R.O.M. The independent levers allow a uniolateral and bilateral training while the handles allow a prone or neutral grip. The standard equipment includes the easy start system, to facilitate the initial setting and the start of the movement.
