FAT: BODY FAT TEST

Press this button to enter the fat test - Gender-Age-Height-Weight- Please test. Adjust parameters with addition and subtraction butto. After the adjustment is complete, hold hands according to the character prompts and hold the heartbeat handle to test the body fat percentage.

PROG: PRE-SET TRAINING PROGRAM

Press this button to enter the preset training mode, you can select P1-P8 mode, then select the Start Button to begin.

MODE: SELF-SET TRAINING PROGRAM
